Put
raw onions in your salad - not only yummy but will break down fat

oatmeal:

in fibre this will help you feel fuller for longer and give you energy,
has protein, vitamins and minerals. Get unsweetened oatmeal and add
fruits to sweeten if you need to. Good for stabilizing sugar levels.
