If
you are looking for diets of 2010, it is important not to jump on
the bandwagon of the latest fad diet.
You need to be careful about what
exactly is going to be required from you... monthly subs? time?
special products and food? meetings? gym membership?
Now I've been fat. I've had 2 kids
and I took great pleasure in eating very badly and in huge
quantities when pregnant.
I never thought I could pile on the
pounds....but I did. I thought it would be easy to lose weight...but
it wasn't.
So what did I do? I took my own
advice and went on a healthy eating diet and light exercise program.
As a Health and Fitness Expert Author, I knew what foods to eat and
not to eat, how to trick my metabolism to burn more fat, what
exercises built muscle and why I should build muscle. I knew how
useless it was to count calories when all I needed was a healthy
balance of food, good fats, when to eat, how and when to give myself
treats, and how to achieve my weight loss goals.
I knew what fat burning foods were,
and I knew that full body workouts not just a million ab crunches
was going to flatten my stomach.
But then, I should know these things. Most
people though who are looking for diets of 2010 don't have all this
information because they are busy Moms and Dads or working girls and
boys that have no time to do all the research.
They need a simple but structured and
easy-to-follow plan that will get them from fat to sexy in the
quickest possible time. Is there such a thing?
Yes, but it's not diet pills. Don't
fall into the trap of take a pill and it will all be ok. I'm sorry
but you do actually need to change your diet and put in some form of
exercise.
Now if you want a diet that is
fitness orientated - there is one I know well that will reduce your
body fat percentage and get you eating healthily from the word go.
If you want a really simple diet that is short and you get a diet
generator to sort out your meals for you...say 11 days and you can
lose 9lbs easily, then take 3 days off and start again and lose
another 9lbs in 11 days...then there is one exactly like this for
you!
If you think you are unhealthy,
clogged up with bad living, sluggish from a high fat high carb
diet...then maybe you need to detox your intestines first and then
start your healthy new diet. I know one that will remove the plaque
that lines your intestines and you lose pounds quickly just from
having a good ol' spring clean!
